We are looking for a Website Project Manager to oversee website development projects from concept to launch, ensuring seamless execution, clear communication, and on-time delivery. Job Description

As a Website Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing multiple website projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations. You will coordinate across departments, working with designers, developers, marketers, and clients to create seamless web solutions.

This role is perfect for a detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can translate technical requirements into actionable plans.

Requirements

🎓 Experience & Education:

  • 3+ years of experience in website project management, digital agency work, or web development coordination.
  • Strong background in web technologies, CMS platforms, and UX/UI principles.

🛠 Technical Skills:

  • Project Management Tools: Proficiency in ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or Jira.
  • CMS & Web Development Knowledge: Familiarity with WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, BigCommerce, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
  • Agile & Scrum Methodologies: Experience managing projects using Agile or Scrum workflows.
  • Client Communication & Stakeholder Management: Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical clients.
  • QA & Testing: Understanding of cross-browser testing, mobile responsiveness, and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

✅ Manage website development projects, from planning to launch, ensuring quality and timeliness.
✅ Work closely with designers and developers to ensure UX/UI best practices and seamless functionality.
✅ Create and maintain project timelines, budgets, and reports, keeping clients and stakeholders informed.
✅ Conduct regular status meetings, providing updates on progress, blockers, and next steps.
✅ Ensure all website projects meet performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
✅ Collaborate with digital marketing teams to align website goals with SEO, PPC, and conversion strategies.
✅ Perform QA testing and oversee final website deployment, ensuring all elements function properly.
