As a CSM, you will focus on client engagement, retention, and expansion. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, ensuring that clients achieve their goals and maximize the value of HyperFlow Digital’s services.

This role is ideal for a strategic, client-focused professional who excels in relationship management, proactive problem-solving, and long-term growth planning.

Requirements

🎓 Experience & Education:

  • 4+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or B2B client relations.
  • Strong background in SaaS, digital marketing, or eCommerce industries.

🛠 Technical Skills:

  • Client Engagement & Retention: Experience building long-term customer relationships.
  • Data & Performance Tracking: Strong understanding of KPIs, churn prevention, and retention strategies.
  • Cross-Selling & Upselling: Ability to identify expansion opportunities and recommend new services.
