Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for generating, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads through outbound and inbound prospecting. You will engage with prospective clients, identify business opportunities, and schedule sales meetings for the Business Development team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and enjoys building relationships through effective outreach strategies.

Requirements

🎓 Experience & Education:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation.
  • Strong ability to identify and engage decision-makers in target industries.

🛠 Technical Skills:

  • CRM & Sales Tools: Experience using HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, or similar tools.
  • Email & LinkedIn Outreach: Knowledge of cold email sequencing, LinkedIn prospecting, and outbound sales tactics.
  • Lead Qualification: Ability to identify high-intent leads and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Call & Meeting Scheduling: Experience booking high-quality discovery calls and product demos.

Responsibilities

✅ Prospect and engage new leads through email, LinkedIn, and cold outreach.
