Job Description

As an Account Manager, you will be the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met, goals are achieved, and expectations are exceeded. You will work closely with project managers, marketing strategists, and development teams to drive client satisfaction and long-term retention.

This role is ideal for someone who excels at relationship management, problem-solving, and proactive client engagement.

Requirements

🎓 Experience & Education:

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, client success, or customer relationships in the digital marketing or SaaS industry.
  • Experience managing B2B clients, working with marketing teams, eCommerce businesses, or SaaS platforms.

🛠 Technical Skills:

  • CRM & Account Tracking: Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools for client relationship management.
  • Performance Reporting: Ability to analyze key performance metrics and translate insights into action.
  • Upselling & Cross-Selling: Proven ability to identify growth opportunities and expand accounts.
  • Project Coordination: Experience working with development and creative teams to deliver successful projects.
