As a Growth Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for building and executing scalable marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will use data, automation, and AI-driven insights to create highly effective, scalable growth campaigns.

Requirements

🎓 Experience & Education:

  • 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital strategy.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation, analytics, and lifecycle marketing.

🛠 Technical Skills:

  • Marketing Automation & CRM: Proficiency in HubSpot, Marketo, or Klaviyo.
  • AI & Predictive Analytics: Familiarity with AI-driven audience segmentation and recommendation engines.
  • Multi-Channel Growth Tactics: Experience in email marketing, paid ads, SEO, and referral programs.
  • A/B Testing & Experimentation: Ability to launch and measure high-impact growth experiments.
