We are looking for a CRO Specialist to lead A/B testing, user behavior analysis, and website conversion improvements that turn visitors into paying customers.

Job Description

As a CRO Specialist, you will analyze website and landing page performance, implement conversion experiments, and optimize funnels, CTAs, and page layouts to improve engagement and conversion rates. You will work closely with marketing strategists, UI/UX designers, and developers to deliver data-backed conversion improvements.

This role is ideal for a data-driven optimizer who understands user behavior, psychology, and performance-driven design.

Requirements

🎓 Experience & Education:

  • 3+ years of experience in CRO, UX optimization, or performance marketing.
  • Strong background in data analysis, A/B testing, and heatmap analysis.

🛠 Technical Skills:

  • CRO Strategy & Testing: Expertise in Google Optimize, VWO, Optimizely, or similar tools.
  • User Behavior Analytics: Experience with Google Analytics, Hotjar, Crazy Egg, and heatmaps.
  • Landing Page Optimization: Knowledge of high-converting page layouts, CTAs, and form design.
  • Funnel Analysis & Experimentation: Ability to run split tests, analyze results, and iterate based on data.
  • SEO & Page Speed Optimization (Bonus): Understanding of how technical performance impacts conversions.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot friction points in the user journey.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams (design, development, and marketing).

Responsibilities

✅ Develop and execute CRO strategies to increase website conversion rates.
✅ Run A/B and multivariate tests, analyzing user behavior data to make data-backed decisions.
✅ Work with designers and developers to implement conversion-focused UX improvements.
✅ Analyze heatmaps, session recordings, and engagement metrics to uncover usability issues.
✅ Optimize forms, CTAs, and checkout processes to reduce bounce rates and improve user flows.
