Job Description

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. You will lead digital ad strategies, working with media buyers, designers, and data analysts to create high-converting campaigns that increase revenue and customer acquisition.

This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who understands full-funnel performance marketing, budget optimization, and audience segmentation.

Requirements

🎓 Experience & Education:

  • 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital advertising.
  • Strong background in media buying, paid search, and social ad strategies.

🛠 Technical Skills:

  • Multi-Platform Ad Management: Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Amazon Ads.
  • Advanced Audience Targeting: Proficiency in retargeting, lookalike audiences, and AI-driven ad optimization.
  • Funnel Optimization: Experience optimizing landing pages, A/B testing creatives, and improving conversion rates.
  • Data & Attribution Models: Deep understanding of Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and first-party data strategies.
  • Budget & ROAS Management: Ability to allocate and adjust ad spend for maximum efficiency and scalability.
