We are looking for a Web Designer (UI/UX) to create modern, interactive, and visually captivating websites and digital experiences. If you have an eye for clean design, seamless user interactions, and innovative web experiences, this role is for you.

Job Description

As a Web Designer (UI/UX) at HyperFlow Digital, you will be responsible for designing visually engaging, highly functional web experiences that prioritize user experience, aesthetics, and performance. You will collaborate closely with developers, motion designers, and product teams to create conversion-driven interfaces that are both intuitive and visually compelling.

This role is perfect for a creative problem solver who thrives at the intersection of design, usability, and technology. You’ll be designing everything from custom marketing websites and eCommerce platforms to interactive web applications and AI-driven user interfaces.

Requirements

🎓 Experience & Education:

  • 3+ years of experience in web design, UI/UX, or digital product design.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, UI/UX, HCI, or equivalent experience.

🛠 Technical Skills:

  • UI & Web Design: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Framer for high-fidelity web design.
  • Web Technologies: Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (not coding, but how design translates to front-end development).
  • Interactive & Motion Design: Experience with GSAP, Webflow, Lottie, or Three.js for dynamic, interactive elements.
  • User-Centered Design: Strong understanding of UX principles, wireframing, and usability testing.
  • Prototyping & Testing: Experience in creating responsive prototypes, A/B testing, and user research.
  • Conversion Optimization: Knowledge of landing page best practices, call-to-action design, and performance-focused UI.
