Job Description

As a Social Media Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for designing engaging social media graphics, branded content, and digital assets optimized for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and Pinterest. You’ll work closely with social strategists, video editors, and marketing teams to ensure every visual is thumb-stopping and shareable.

This role is perfect for a trend-driven designer who understands visual storytelling, brand identity, and social platform aesthetics.

Requirements

🎓 Experience & Education:

  • 3+ years of experience in social media graphic design or digital content creation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or equivalent experience.

🛠 Technical Skills:

  • Graphic Design: Expert in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Canva.
  • Motion Graphics (Bonus): Experience with After Effects, Lottie, or short-form animated content.
  • Platform-Specific Design: Strong understanding of social media dimensions, typography, and branding.
  • Interactive & Engagement-Driven Content: Ability to design carousel posts, interactive stories, and viral social templates.
  • AI & Automation (Bonus): Familiarity with AI-driven design tools like MidJourney, Runway, or generative design techniques.

  • Passion for social media trends and visual culture.
  • Ability to balance creative freedom with brand consistency.
  • Strong attention to detail and design precision.

Responsibilities

✅ Design high-engagement graphics for social platforms (posts, carousels, stories, ads).
✅ Develop visually consistent templates for brand storytelling.
✅ Create interactive visual content, including GIFs, memes, and branded illustrations.
