Job Description

We are seeking a Data Scientist specializing in AI & Predictive Analytics to develop advanced machine learning models that analyze business data and forecast future trends. You will work with large datasets, AI-driven algorithms, and statistical models to uncover insights that improve marketing strategies, customer retention, and operational efficiency.

As a key member of our AI and data team, you will collaborate with engineers, marketers, and business strategists to deliver data-driven solutions that optimize performance and maximize business outcomes.

Requirements

🎓 Experience & Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, AI, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in predictive analytics, data science, or machine learning.

🛠 Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in Python, R, or SQL for data analysis and machine learning.
  • Strong background in statistical modeling, time-series forecasting, and AI-powered predictions.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
  • Hands-on experience with big data tools (Apache Spark, Google BigQuery, AWS Data Lakes).
  • Familiarity with AI-powered automation, customer segmentation, and behavioral analytics.
