Job Description

We are looking for an AI Chatbot Developer to design, develop, and optimize AI-powered conversational experiences for our clients. You will work with NLP frameworks, AI models, and chatbot platforms to create highly interactive, human-like chatbot solutions for customer support, lead generation, and business automation.

This role requires expertise in natural language processing (NLP), machine learning, and chatbot development frameworks. You will collaborate with UX designers, data scientists, and marketing teams to enhance chatbot experiences, ensuring seamless communication and maximum user engagement.

Requirements


🎓 Experience & Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in AI chatbot development, NLP, or conversational AI.

🛠 Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or AI chatbot frameworks (Dialogflow, Rasa, Microsoft Bot Framework).
  • Strong understanding of NLP, machine learning models, and sentiment analysis.
  • Experience integrating chatbots with CRM systems, APIs, and messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Messenger, Slack).
  • Familiarity with cloud-based AI services (Google AI, AWS Lex, OpenAI GPT).

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for AI-driven user experiences.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with UX designers and marketing teams.
  • Excellent communication skills to present AI solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
