Job Description

As a PPC Campaign Specialist, you will develop, manage, and optimize high-impact paid search campaigns that drive qualified traffic, conversions, and revenue growth. You will analyze performance data, implement testing strategies, and adjust ad spend dynamically to maximize results.

This role is perfect for a data-obsessed, ROI-driven marketer who loves experimenting with ad strategies, scaling campaigns, and optimizing bids for maximum performance.

Requirements

🎓 Experience & Education:

  • 2+ years of experience in PPC / SEM campaign management.
  • Google Ads & Google Analytics Certified (Preferred).

🛠 Technical Skills:

  • Google Ads Mastery: Proficiency in Search Ads, Display Ads, Performance Max, and YouTube Video Ads.
  • Bing & Multi-Platform Ads: Experience running paid ads on Bing Network, LinkedIn, Amazon, and Meta Ads.
  • Advanced Analytics & Tagging: Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking, and conversion attribution models.
  • Bid Strategy & Optimization: Ability to adjust CPC bids, ROAS targets, and smart bidding strategies for peak performance.
  • Excel & Data Skills: Comfortable with pivot tables, data analysis, and ad performance forecasting.
  • Landing Page & CRO Knowledge: Understanding of A/B testing, heatmap analysis, and landing page optimization.

✅ Perform keyword research and audience targeting to maximize ad performance.
✅ Continuously test ad creatives, bidding strategies, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
✅ Monitor and adjust ad spend, ensuring maximum ROI and budget efficiency.
✅ Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create high-performing ad creatives.
✅ Provide data-driven insights and monthly reports, offering strategic recommendations.
✅ Stay up-to-date on PPC trends, including automation, AI-driven ad strategies, and new ad formats.
