As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities. You will develop client acquisition strategies, build long-term relationships, and create scalable growth plans for HyperFlow Digital’s services.

This role is ideal for a growth-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and understands the digital services landscape.

Requirements

🎓 Experience & Education:

  • 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships in the digital marketing, SaaS, or agency industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing high-value deals.

🛠 Technical Skills:

  • Sales & Pipeline Management: Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) to track and optimize leads.
  • B2B Lead Generation: Strong ability to identify and target high-value clients.
  • Consultative Sales: Skilled in understanding client pain points and positioning HyperFlow’s solutions effectively.
  • Proposal & Pitch Development: Experience creating custom sales presentations and digital service proposals.
  • Contract Negotiation: Strong ability to structure deals, manage pricing strategies, and close sales.
